This required resetting many of the pathways and installing new concrete edging to keep the pavers in place. However, was willing to work with me to give me a decent price, all-in-one, to do the roof, plywood, soffit & facia so I knew what my total cost would be, rather than a cheaper price and getting hit with $xxx extra for plywood, $xxx extra for soffit/facia, etc. Time frame was relatively quick as well. Despite being out of Marco Island, the quote was actually the 2nd lowest (the first being a company that wouldn't include the "extras"). Theoretically, Mighty Fine Roofing is the lowest, but I cannot really compare exactly. The highest quote was about 75% more. Rusty was a pleasure to work with.

I do not recommend this company. I wasted $300 for nothing. I needed my closet rack fixed that fell…read moredue to weight. I made it very clear several times I needed anchors put in the wall due to weight of clothes and after 2 days of work being done the rack fell again and I could see he did not put anchors in the wall to reinforce the weight of the clothes. I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!
