The existing landscaping was provided when the home was newly constructed, and just continued to provide the past owners feel in my new Community. Oliver assured me that he could design the look for the front of home to have my selected color palette look that would impress all those who would come bye and see my home. The next day I met with Oliver as he presented my home's new look with the his creatively designed tropical overlay for my front view that overtook my expectations.
