They then went on to call their staff - also rude. For me to leave the vehicle I had to pay again on the drivers personal card machine. To this day I still haven't been refunded, even though I have showed the company countless of times the prior first payment. I have always found Anglia Cars to be a really good taxi firm…read more They are reasonably priced and even with the fuel price increases over the last year they haven't changed the cost of a taxi from town centre to Kempston, it costs me £5 to get home safe after a night out. The drivers are always polite and some of them are quite chatty which is nice and the cars are always clean and normally only a few years old so you feel safe that it's not going to breakdown on you. All drivers show their licences and the cars are clearly marked with the firm name, licence etc. But they are situated on the corner of the high street in Bedford so they do get very busy on weekend nights and you can be queuing for some time to get home.
