He kept me from doing more than I needed or spending more than I needed to spend. I could tell in his voice that he would be the person I would be hiring. Beyond that, his prices were competitive and attractive. I knew I was not only getting a good price, but value for the dollars I was investing. As good as that experience was, it got better. He was on top of the order for the wood. He scheduled promptly. He did what he said he would do (in a world of installations where we as homeowners are happy when someone shows up). His installers were meticulous and artisans. Beyond that, they were just nice to have working on the project. The final project looks spectacular. It required both nailing/staple with glue assist. When others just responded back via text with a square foot install price, Nilson and Raisa were thorough with their measure and reviewing the appropriate preparation work required to ensure a great installation. The installation and work ethic was even more impressive. He sanded the subfloor to guarantee strong adhesion and was methodical with determining centerlines to ensure a perfectly straight floor.
