Last month we had our house checked out by ProWash Cape Cod. Dan was courteous, quick, and his pricing was amazing. Our shingles had turned dark grey and black over the years and we figured it was time to have the house re-shingled, and looking at the price of that was not fun. Dan saw the house and listened to our concerns. He came back with a list of things to clean, including our shed, deck, front brick steps and the four walls of the house. Cleaning was a fraction of re-shingling the house and the place looks amazing! I had a concern that the shed, which is not in the heat of conditions as it turns 15 this spring, would not hold up to a power washing. Dan said that they had a soft pressure system that they would use on it to ensure it wasn't damaged. I really appreciated how he listened to what we had to say, and then his actions backed up his statements. On top of that his crew also cleaned our coolers on the deck, and the few deck items that had gotten dirty beyond what soap/water would clean. Pro wash did my home about 10 months ago. A large cedar singled home in North Falmouth. Everything looked great. The rear of my home gets no direct sun and began growing those ugly mold spores. Although I was kept apprised of his schedule and he did make an effort to get to my house even though he was very busy, the product he used stained my house in places which was disappointing. He also did not protect my trees and did not clean my roof. I had to consult with another business owner as to what I should do to fix the problem of the staining. read more

I hired Dan to "soft wash" 72 town homes within a condo community. It was a large job and included the entire exterior - siding, patios, walkways and roofs. Dan did a fabulous job! Dan showed on time, kept me updated on progress and always proactively alerted me if he couldn't make a day or had an issue. Dan was great. We agreed on a price and he showed up when he said he would. It was the first time my house was washed in 35 years. He did my house, walkway, deck, front steps and stone wall. No damage was done at all. I would hire him again in a heartbeat but it might be a while until I need him again. read more

I wish I had a picture of my house before Pro Wash came and washed it. These guys did an Amazing job cleaning my roof and house. I had so much crud on my roof and my house was covered with a lot of bugs, webs and green mold. My house looks better than when we bought it.
