Well, the rental house we really wanted (and are still currently in) just so happened to be managed by Dorman and I can say with the fullest sincerity that we couldn't be more impressed, thrilled, and grateful for the AMAZING service/relationship we've cultivated with such an outstanding company! We're especially grateful for Rachelle, whose ongoing assistance, patience, and understanding is unbelievably astounding! Will never rent a house managed by Alliance again and neither will any people I know…read more We had heavy visible mold in our laundry room and bathroom and health problems all year as a result. Doctor found mold in lungs from it and gave auto immune diagnosis. Alliance was extremely rude on the phone and told us their people said there's no mold and we couldn't get a third party to swab for mold even if we paid for it. They charged us for sending out their guys to test and said they wouldn't discuss mold with us any further, ignoring the rest of our calls and emails. When our lease finally ended, we moved out and I was still charged the next month. They were impossible to get a hold of for a refund and gave me invalid numbers to call back. When I finally got my refund, they charged me $35 for refunding me.

No one seems to be managing their Service portal. Average time to respond was over a month. Well beyond Colorado rental rules. - water coming in through both bedroom window and kitchen window. Took several weeks to address. - Fence non-existent for two years - reported AC was not working properly. was not addressed until September. was reported in June. Summer was now over! - Took several calls to get any response for more urgent matters. water leaks, AC. - Then, if that's not enough, when the Service guy did show up, he acted like it was inconvenient. imagine our inconvenience. - Broken step leading to backyard. Again, took several calls and a month's time before anyone came out. When we moved in. Fortunately we took pictures. And, I strongly recommend taking pictures. - In the two years we were there, we were not able to use the dishwasher due to rusty racks. - We were told the propery owner was planning on putting in a sprinkler system for the back yard. Yard was completely weeded. Once we signed, there was never another mention of the sprinkler system. Flat out lie! - Trash in the backyard. Then, they had the audacity to say we left it behind. Fortunately for us we took pictures when we moved in. - Front yard. I have oversized wheels on my lawn mower, the grass was so overgrown it was over my wheels. Also, bushes were so overgrown they were sagging. Bottom line, there are several other property management companies to work with in Colorado Springs, please consider an alternative. Don't make the same mistake we made!
