When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. The service was absolutely atrocious. The rep at the counter had the worst attitude and I was shocked that she was working in customer service honestly. The return process was fairly simple and they had the lot laid out well to make the process as easy as possible, but on our return we were directed to go inside to the counter and that is where it all went downhill. It was a simple return, however her attitude made our brief interaction one to remember and is the reason that I won't recommend this particular location.
