The facility is bright, clean, and modern -- it doesn't feel clinical or cold, which really helped ease my usual anxiety. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly great at what they do. Scheduling was super simple, and I was able to get in without a long wait, which is such a rare win these days. While I was there, communication was clear and consistent, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. Dr. Diamond really listened. I've been trying to get to the bottom of some ongoing health concerns, and for the first time in a long time, I left an appointment feeling hopeful. The front desk staff was mostly nice but one of the receptionists was talking about how a person called to ask a stupid question. That is probably not something that should be said in front of others waiting in the lobby though.

This business has two excellent staffers there, clearly well-trained and very helpful. Also good natured and enjoyable. The facilities offer locational cryo, like on the swollen parts of her arm outside of the cast. They also have a cryo-room, where one can privately stand, as disrobed as one likes, and thus can chill the whole body in temps that make this winter seem casual. There are other rooms we haven't used yet, so do please contact them about their services beyond my description here. Parking is easy. The location is next to Rockbrook Village, and has two points of entry to the lot. Cost was inexpensive for individual treatments, and even less expensive as package purchases. She has found it to be very helpful, and I'm grateful for anything that makes this damage easier on her!

Several cafes, gift shops, cafeterias, and little bodega-type shops are around the entire hospital. Free valet parking. Amazing people. Beautiful artwork and one beyond-awesome garden area full of blown glass art. Going to the hospital to see that area is worth a trip, even if you don't 'need' to be in the hospital. I live in South Sioux City, NE; two hours away. And I have incredibly easy access to health care in my town and Sioux City, IA. But, I come down to Omaha for my major health needs. That's how good this place is. I'm thankful for the doctors here that literally have saved my life. More than once.
