I also go for the occasional Botox and filler. Joleen and Sonia are great, I don't favor one over the other. They're both very knowledgeable and I trust their opinions. The office staff is very polite and professional. The prices for services are reasonable. They have a lot of good monthly specials. I also really like that they list the prices of all their services on their website. The only criticism I have is the $80.00 office visit fee, but I think it's just for when you get hormone therapy. To me it seems a bit excessive, but I understand the need to turn a profit. You get what you pay for. Quality.

Quick and painless! No overselling! I was able to offer a suggestion of creating refill syringes for touchups, and rather than the rejection other places were quick to respond with, she said she'd bring it to the guy in charge! I was also able to prepay for filler at a sale price, and wait to schedule the appointment for when I need! Amazing!

Easy parking and nice, newer facility. The staff were friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. I saw a physician assistant and she was very thorough and professional, taking time to explain everything carefully. After visit notes were promptly posted in the MyChart system. Overall great visit.

After spending all that time to enter my information, I still needed to give them all that information all over again when I arrived. So what was the point of doing it online? Wait times were long. Waited about a 20 minutes past my scheduled time. Someome took my vitals - the automated blood pressure cuff felt like it was going to break my arm. My reading was WAY over normal. When that's happened at other offices they've taken it manually to double check, but I guess it wasn't important. After taking me to the exam room there was another long wait. Dr. Shum, a third-year fellow, was the highlight of this visit. She was kind, friendly, and really listened to me. I've been suffering from nasty allergies and sinus problems all my life. Nothing will drain out my nose; it all drains down my throat and I often feel like I an choking on snot. My right ear stops up and hurts like crazy, and nothing I try will unstop it. My last test indicated I'm not allergic to anything, which was confusing - it presents in the spring and late-summer/early fall, and neither my physician nor various ENTs I've seen can answer the question: if it's not an allergy, what IS it? The test was conducted, and again there were some abnormally long wait times. At least someone came in to tell me she was delayed seeing another patient. The test results showed a few reactions, but nothing extreme. No suggestions as to what might be causing the problems. Part of my issue is that no one had read the history. Doctors actually used to do that, for all you young people out there, but they either can't be bothered or don't have the time. Also, they don't seem to have access to scans, tests and procedures I've had elsewhere, even though I signed a release form. Maybe they had them and just didn't look. Afterward, Dr. Andrew Rorie entered the room. He presented as an arrogant jerk. Told me I had no allergies. I said, then what is it, and why does it present like one, same time every year, in spring and late summer? He said it was probably "air quality or stuff blowing around in the air." Hmm. Very helpful. So, let me get this straight - every spring and late summer, coincidentally at the same time every year, the same stuff suddenly blows around and causes these symptoms. And even though stuff blows around in the air all year long, it only affects me at certain times of the year. But it's not an allergy. He didn't specify what "stuff" he was talking about. He said the inside of my nose was dry. I said it hadn't been for the last few days - in preparation for this test I'd been off my allergy meds for a week. The last few days I was coughing up crap at an alarming rate, sneezing like a fiend, and had constant drainange. But after seeing me for an entire three minutes, this guy told me to go off all my allergy meds. Sure, I'll give it a try, but if I end up not sleeping because I'm choking on snot I might go back on them. This guy acted like me asking questions was offensive to him. He was not listening to my responses. He'd made up his mind without hearing the history, and after looking up my nose for about 30 seconds. Part of this is reflective of what's wrong with American medicine in general - not listening, not caring about histories, not accessing scans and tests, not giving credit to patients for actually living in our own bodies and experiencing our symptoms. This guy was just a jerk. Don't bother.

Its a small waiting room that has a big screen TV for those who are waiting as drivers for those having procedures done and are not allowed to drive home. The receptionist is very pleasant, professional, and efficient. My wait time was very minimal for my pre-paperwork surgery prep. Once inside, a nurse greets you and demonstrates how to put on the proper surgical outfit; gown, hat, slippers. After escorting you to a sterile exam station, vitals are taken, and questions about making sure you are fully aware of the procedure as well as marking the correct limb. The surgeon arrives and goes over the game plan which provides confidence, and allows your feedback on the type of technique used, and what happens after each stage of the surgery. The anesthesiologist visits next to make sure you will receive the correct mixture depending on medical history, prior experiences, and their role during the procedure. After the procedure, another nurse preps for your questions as well as helps you regain your faculties before you are allowed to leave. This was one of the best surgical experiences I have been through. This is a 5 star review.
