Like some other well deserved favourable reviews I've written I like to start at the conclusion and then work from there. So, on a scale of one to five stars I would give Jordan and Rick at Nordic Stoneworks 10 stars but it only goes to 5. I had them repair both my brick chimneys and the new work blends in with the original brickwork with a consistent look. The other factor in my decision is that they communicate with you as the customer and the neighbours to advise what is going on. Bulldog Review Owner Chris provided a written quote for 2…read morecoats of sealant on top of our aggregate driveway. After one was applied he left. We questioned why he wasn't coming back for the second coat. He responded with he used an old quote form, and it should have only read 1 coat. What sealant was applied did not provide enough coverage. He said if we wanted an addition coat, it would be extra which we agreed to pay to ensure proper coverage. The driveway was pressure washed too hard which dislodged some of the aggregate stones throughout. More reason for an additional coat. He insisted to be paid for the job before anything else was done which we did. After he was paid, he has not responded to any phone calls, emails, or texts. It's sad he ghosted us. It all could have been rectified if he would have come back to apply the 2nd coat of which we agreed to pay for. Not. wry professional or business like at all Chris.

But they came back with no questions asked, recoated the whole wall again, and used a different method to fix the crack. Great customer service. Definitely recommended.
