You go here to redeem and each of us received a card. they had stickers to label the cards to tell them apart. We did the 18 hole miniature golf, go karts, and batting cages. The go kart has a separate toddler track near the batting cages. I actually got bored on the track because they have you out there for a good 10 minutes and all you do is go in circles. The batting cages were tricky based on the speed of the ball. Make sure you wear your helmets. Afterwards we played in the arcade. We ordered nachos for $3.75. They asked if we wanted jalapeños, we said on the side. Turns out, it was $1 charge for a small container! At least be honest and give heads up. I was wondering why nachos cost almost double. Plenty of seating everywhere. Private parties were happening all over.

I spent $400 on a bat that was sitting right in their "USA Bat" section. I trusted the sign. I trusted them. The very next day I realized it wasn't a USA bat at all--it was a USSSA bat. Completely the wrong one. My son can't even use it for the leagues he plays in. Brand new, still in perfect condition, just... wrong. I went back that same day. The same guy who sold it to me was working. I didn't even get the chance to show him the bat or explain. He just looked at me and said, "We don't accept returns." Then he turned and walked to the back of the store like I wasn't even standing there. Like the last few years of us coming in didn't matter. Like I was just some random person he had never seen before. When he finally came back out, I tried again. I told him it had been marked as a USA bat, that it was brand new, that my son literally can't use it. He just stared at me. No apology. No offer to help. No nothing. Just silence. Then he walked away again. I have pictures of the bat sitting in the USA section and of the brand-new bat itself. They put the wrong bat in the wrong section and then acted like it was my problem when I tried to fix it. I'm not asking for special treatment. I just wanted them to care a little after everything. Instead I left feeling completely dismissed and stupid for trusting them. It really hurts when a place you've supported for years treats you like you don't matter the second there's a problem. Horrible customer service. Just... don't.

Food $$, expensive food and very average quality 25% chairs are broken and no shade. As I mentioned early, the fields are good. The complex is famous for its scaled-down replicas of iconic Major League Baseball stadiums. For example, Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Dodger Stadium and Angel Stadium. We paid $13 with the senior discount they gave us but that is still $5 more than the reviewer paid 7 months earlier.The preferred parking was $20 so basically the prices doubled from what they were 7 months before. One thing they should do is remove some of the preferred parking spots and repurpose them as additional disabled parking because there aren't enough disabled parking spots. I know there is a certain formula used to determine how many disabled spots a business or government entity must set aside per how many overall spots in the lot. That said adding some more tho not required would certainly have disabled people look at the company in a more positive light. We had to park near the main driveway entrance/exit then walk to the last field entrance to pay. From there we had to walk to the furthest field where our grandson was playing. My wife and I both use walkers and it was an especially difficult walk for me. Tho there would be no guarantee we'd find an empty added disabled spot there was a chance we would have. I understand it's all about the bottom line but companies need to think about the people who come to their facility and pay the money to enter and buy the food and drinks. If they didn't come those companies would go out of business.
