About a year ago, the park lost one of its oldest and largest trees -- a big Sycamore. The stump stood as a big reminder of its loss. The City is planning to grind out the stump. Meredith Tree Service and Brad Sells & Bark Studio worked together to preserve a large part of that stump, so the West End community can make art out of the wood.
