He…read morecame out and noticed another dangerous branch that I hadn't seen as we were walking to look at the one that I had called about. He gave me a quote and said he could do it that afternoon. He came back in the evening, but was still able to get the job done and cleaned up afterwards. He even had one of his guys weed whack the part of my lawn that my smaller trimmer was having trouble with for free! When they were hauling away the branches to the chipper they also took some of my brush pile and chipped those up for free too. Only issues I had were communication (non-native English speaker), but he had no problem discussing the job specifically, it was just when we were talking about other things. Also, the crew didn't use much safety gear, but I'm overly sensitive to that sort of thing since I work around hazardous environments. Overall it was a great experience and I would call them again!

I searched on Yelp for tree companies in my area and found SG Tree Service. They responded quickly to my request with an amazingly inexpensive quote considering the size of the project. The contract was signed 3 months ago and only half of the job has been completed. I have been completely ghosted. Even when I did manage to talk face to face to try and resolve what ever the issue is I have not been contacted as promised going on 72 hours later. I have a mess now for a lawn. Though the owners are nice and I don't truly think they have done this is malice. The unprofessional behavior has me highly upset as they have already received 15k from me for a job not complete to anyones idea of satisfaction.
