Unprofessional, rude, and sub par is the best way to explain Denise and Complete Accouting! You won't get any call backs if you leave a message. She may respond to your multiple messages via text at 9p on a weekday, which I find extremely unprofessional. She is sub par at getting the most money back for you! She cost me over $1000 this year from reporting my taxes incorrectly for 2015 when she had all necessary paperwork and she accepts no responsibility, told me it was my problem, didn't give me all my forms back to see what she did. Instead told me it was a $25 charge! For a form she never gave me!! My advice is never use her. You'd be better off having your 3 year old do your taxes!! read more

As a local small business owner, Denise Heidisch from Complete accounting was responsible to file my taxes and complete bi weekly payrolls. Under a power of attorney Denise was paid to file my W2's but filed LATE in years 2012 AND 2013. The IRS imposed a penalty for both years. With no help from Denise Heidisch I was able to get the IRS to abate the 2012 penalty of $2,400 but even after a appeal the IRS would not abate the $1,200 penalty for 2013. Denise refuses to pay the penalty and I am responsible to pay the fine so I am in the process of filing a small claims suit against her to recover my damages. UPDATE 11/1/16 Attorney has informed me that I must have representation for a lawsuit because this is a corporation. I am looking to hear from others who have a similar story so a class action suit can be filed against Denise Heidisch, Complete Accounting and Checkmate Payroll Service.
