Very rude and unprofessional. I went in with tax questions and left being made feel dumb for even asking questions. She wanted to charge above any price I've ever seen for taxes because I "have a lot of paper work"- aka I came prepared with all my documents I would be needing. On top of that, made assumptions about myself and my husband. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Yes, I look younger then I am, but you don't treat someone disrespectful because of their age. We were going in there to pay her! SHE WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB- and honestly thank goodness for things like CreditKrama tax and Trubo Tax because I will just do my tastes there where I don't have to be treated poorly. It's disappointing because I would rather give my service to a human, but looks like the Internet wins this time. She lost out of money for being a rude human. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences. I've never felt so much anxiety over taxes because of someone. Definitely do NOT recommend to anyone. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience! I would never recommend anyone to go there. I was convinced on the phone to come in with a packet of information after explaining my situation for a 5pm appointment. At 5:45 after telling me a few more minutes many times, a woman came out and tried to "answer my questions " as instructed by the tax advisor I was supposed to meet with, the manager Cindy. She said it wouldn't cost me $300 like I was told on the phone but closer to $1,000 and I should go elsewhere. Really?! I can't believe this just happened. The worst customer service!
