The price was also cheaper than expected, especially for the mobile service. Worth every penny, can't recommend them more. One small note, my windshield wiper cowling rubber trim was brittle. It absolutely isn't their responsibility to fix this. But, the installation required them to remove this cowling and the rubber crumbled. In hindsight, I should have bought a new cowling trim and left it inside for the installer. Make sure to check any trim/panels near the windshield and order new ones beforehand.

My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.

I was out of town for work on a Saturday when my roommate messaged me to say that my car had been…read morevandalized and the passenger window was broken. Heart in stomach. I didn't get a chance to call anyone until dinner time since I was at a conference. I called and Manny answered on a Saturday evening. He got my information, informed me about inventory and said he would follow up. I told him I'd be traveling the next day, but he told me to still call if I hadn't heard from him. I called on my layover that Sunday morning and Manny answered and said he was getting an updated from the warehouse that had my glass and would text me with the timeframe for the repair that following Monday. The tech made it to my place that following Monday morning during the one hour timeframe that Manny provided, replaced the glass, cleaned the broken glass and was done in about 40-50 minutes. I've never had to get this done before so I can't compare, but I was super impressed by the affordability, speed, availability, and Manny's general helpful attitude! This is the level of customer service I expect and I hope I don't have to use them again, but would in a heartbeat.
