This company is absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. I purchased an Amazon Local Coupon to get a chip in my car fixed that had been there far too long. I did a little research before purchasing and discovered that this company is only a stone's throw away from my house. I also loved the fact that this is a mobile repair company so I didn't have to be stuck waiting for hours in some car repair shop for the work to be done. I called on a Saturday morning to set up an appointment and left a message. Within an hour, Baldwin returned my call and was able to squeeze me into his schedule and give me an appointment that same afternoon! Baldwin arrived exactly at the appointed time and not only fixed my windshield, but fixed my sister's too! He did an impeccable job on both our cars and now you can't tell that either one of us had chips in our windshields. I had a star and a crack in my front windshield. I called Horizon Auto Glass on 8/30/20 and asked about a windshield replacement. I spoke with Mr.Baldwin who was very patient and informed me of the different options I had available. I was called on 8/31/20 with price and availability. My windshield was installed on 9/1/20. I was blown away with the level of customer service. I was very impressed with the timing. Mr. Baldwin was the installer and was very professional. Mr. Void is perfect. He arrived promptly. He is personable. His work is precise. Even with overcast weather and a slight misty morning, he was able to uninstall my broken windshield, prepare the surface, install my new windshield and put everything back within two hours. The total cost of the high-end brand name replacement windshield plus labor was LESS THAN HALF of what it would have cost me to go to the dealer. Highly recommend his services! Mr. Void just now left my residence, after installing a new windshield on my Acura. Baldwin is extremely professional and prompt. Showed up when he said he would to the minute. I stayed outside and chatted with him during the installation and he's extremely personable and friendly. He did an excellent job installing my windshield and taking the old broken one. What a wonderful experience! I found Horizon by reading some really good on-line reviews, so I called. Baldwin, the owner, responded promptly to my phone message and worked with my insurance company on the arrangements. He was even able to work with me some on the price. He came to my house the next day and replaced my windshield. He did a tip-top job (I watched!), with great attention to detail. He even cleaned the area around my car, inside and out.
