Whomever reached out to me, implied that I could not afford the service, using the phrase "cost prohibitive for a small daycare." That was within 2 minutes of even talking to them. Firstly there is nothing on their website stating you are also going to be charged for travel, no other accredited lead inspector does this simply because they build that into their pricing. Secondly to imply that I couldn't afford the service is completely disrespectful and rude. Third, to then say that for you to travel to my area, EVEN THOUGH YOUR OWN GOOGLE PAGE STATES YOU SERVE ALL OF MARYLAND AND SURROUNDING AREAS, is going to cost $1,000 before even testing is absolutely laughable. Should probably consider adding a travel cost to your website as that is ridiculous. So unless you live extremely close to this business, understand you're going to be charged an astronomical price for them to even get in their vehicle and come to you. What a joke.

I hired them to do Lead Free inspection which they priced at $594. Most of my house was lead free…read morebut we found positive lead result in small portion of the house. So we removed entire drywall next day which had lead. AAA asked me to send pictures of those and charged additional $97 just to look at the pictures of removed wall which is very unfair after paying $594. I am going to report this to Maryland Department of the Environment Also, I told Will that back of our house is new and there won't be any lead there. He tested that portion first. If he had tested the older part first, we would have find that small portion early on. And then we would have option to change to full risk reduction testing. But seems like they are just after the money. Also, I asked lead inspector to measure the house first to give me accurate pricing which he refused and told me they only do at the end of the testing. At that point you don't have option but to pay whatever they ask for. This company sounds very nice on the phone but in person I didn't have positive experience.
