My inspector Sam was extremely thorough not only in his inspection process, but also talking me through his notes making sure I understood at a novice level. He was also super patient with me. I came prepared with a list of about 20 additional inspection questions (including where the shut off valves were located and how to turn them off) and he made sure to answer them all in detail.
