They never take it easy on you but rather meet you where you are and establish goals to get you to the next level. I am far stronger and mobile than I was when arrived. They refuse to work with insurance to get paid higher rates because they do not wish to do the extra work (EVEN WHEN I DID THE LEGWORK FOR THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT TO DO). They make errors in running insurance so they can get you on services and then abruptly have your therapists stop coming when you point out their errors to them. They will only see patients with the highest reimbursement rates and do not care about the patient.
