I thought I was in a pain management clinic, guess not. He TOLD me that I need to get more info from my previous pain management doc, I asked what info did he need "I don't know, just more info then this". I brought the info that the front desk told me to bring who refused to help me, saying "we don't do that you do". Glad I paid almost $200 to do their job. Not once did he ask about me or discussed what my options were. And what doc's office has their door locked during business hours and on both occasions I stopped up to drop off paperwork. Avoid this place unless you liked to be belittled, degraded, and yelled at. Very unethical, unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncaring. I would give a -10 star if I could. I've NEVER been treated this way by a doc and I work in healthcare.

All I can really say is that I would never even consider seeing someone else. I would seriously drive hours just to continue treatment with him. He is a DO that does manipulation in addition to a somewhat traditional medicine approach. Some of the policies at this clinic are different than I am used to. For example, they drug screen every patient, each visit. This is great in the fight against opioid drug abuse here in central Florida, but has its draw backs too. What if I don't have to take a leak?! The office staff seems friendly and warm as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic, and more importantly Dr. Kent for pain management and relief.

This was after three days of trying to reach someone to confirm the location -- and being told by their voicemail not to leave more than one message. No one ever called me back. When I finally reached someone after leaving the Ormond office, she said she would contact Orange City and call me right back. That call never came either. I drove to the second location on my own, only to be told I could not be seen and would need to make yet another appointment. By then, I had wasted half my day, two unnecessary trips, and my own gas because of their complete lack of communication and coordination. No patient should have to deal with this level of disorganization. My time has value, and I fully expect the doctor to pay the invoice I submitted for the time, mileage, and inconvenience caused by their repeated mistakes. This office needs serious internal fixes before more patients are affected.
