This was a great experience. My family if 5 was in a car accident where we were rear ended. Of course I was worried about treatment for my 3 children. However, IPM made the experience very easy. They answered all questions and made us feel like our treatment plan would work out in our favor. I hope to continue with adjustments , even after our accident treatment plan. Switched from a different chiropractic office after a bad rear end car accident. My first day they accomplished than the other office had in two weeks.. While the other office hadn't bothered to get me MRIs and took their time getting my Xrays, Integrated Physical Medicine understood right away that I had more complex problems and gave me a proper diagnosis. Very competent office. Real results, very glad I switched offices. read more

Dr Britt is obnoxious, lied, and made up a false visit. In…read more6/17 only evaluation on reports got the foot wrong it was left not right! Took multiple MRI orders to get accurate foot which was when I was on the MRI table. 7/7/25 results of MRI came back & top of foot images blocked but, they failed to re order it! In addition, I had an appt with Dr Britt on 7/7 he refused to see me and did a no show although, contacted adjuster with bogus report. When adjuster knew no show changed rate to 7/14 whereas, I had a meeting with office manager to file complaint. She let me know neither on 7/7 or 7/14 any letters in file so meant verbally lied to adjuster. I was kicked out on 7/14 by Dr Britt although, never evaluated. I was sent to another WC doctor but, 2 months later Dr Britt and adjuster pretend I was seen and meds approved. Bogus! Not my doctor, not seen nor ever prescribed anything in Sept. so who got the meds? Why approve a bogus visit but, deny my actual current doctor I had in Sept PT denied? Ridiculous how WC system works! Dr Britt the worst doctor ever!!

I arrived, impatient after one year of pain 50% or more of the time at a level of 6-8 on the pain scale. Having been through physical therapy twice and chiropractic care I was not a very patient patient:) But their multi-layered approach worked. After seven weeks, three times a week, my pain is down to a 1, and I only experience it 2-3% of the time. I am back walking, biking, and to my regular routine! I've been coming for over a month since my car wreck, and hands down this is a positive environment to come and reclaim my optimum wellness. My favorite is the warm waterbed therapy. Pamela and Liza are the first at the receptionist desk to set a welcoming tone. Everyone is so encouraging and patient. And they know how to regularly appreciate their patients.
