When I explained my situation & why I was there to Myreen (not sure that's the correct spelling) she gave me a dirty look & said no then continued about her business ~ Hello Ms Rude!! I toured 4 other facilities, with patients who were present, with no problem. I went home & left a message (no one answered) for them to call. When they called back I asked to speak to the manager. I was told they don't have a manager. I asked to speak to Myreen's boss. I was told his name is Dr Scott & he was with a patient. They told me to hold because they wanted to check how long he would be. Myreen then got on the phone & said she was the office manager. Umm, I thought the office didn't have a manager or at least that's what I was told a few minutes earlier. I told Myreen who I was & what I needed. She said I could only come in on Tuesday when no patients were there. Some nonsense about HIPPA ~ I know it's nonsense because every other facility I went to let me tour with no issues. While trying to tell Myreen how rude I thought she was & that I didn't appreciate the dirty look she gave me she cut me off & said "do you want to come in on Tuesday or not"? I won't write here what I said (use your imagination) but then I hung up on here. I cannot believe how this place has any customers based on her attitude! I need at least 6 to 12 months of PT. Her attitude cost this facility at least a couple thousand dollars. Myreen needs to find another job!
