Having experienced a major medical setback this past July, my doctor prescribed that I be treated at the Integrative Physical Medicine Center in Oviedo to go along with all of the other medical steps and procedures that I needed to do. Feeling quite "fragile" mentally as well as physically due to my medical condition, I was extremely pleased and thankful for the way that the staff of this clinic handled me. From the chiropractor, Dr. Owen, the nurse practitioner, Catherine Hurley, the case manager, Mary-Kate Benzinger, all the way through the technicians and the receptionist everyone went out of their way to be helpful and encouraging. I am extremely pleased with my physical health results from my treatments at this center. I also finished my treatments there by adding a massage. The massage therapist at the Oviedo location is awesome. A massage session with her will leave you feeling absolutely terrific. Seeing my results, my husband also signed up for treatments to handle a chronic condition of his. He was also very pleased with his experience at Integrative Physical Medicine of Oviedo and with his results. I had an amazing experience with IPM. Christina at the front desk is very helpful and so kind. She got me scheduled same day and sent me all of my paperwork ahead of time so I could fill it out and bring it in with me. Once I got there they checked me in and took me back immediately. Logan the MA took my vitals and made me feel very comfortable as he explained everything about the office and what my appointment would entail. I then saw Dr.Lyons who gave me the BEST adjustment I have ever had. She cure headaches!!! After that I met with Sharon the Nurse Practitioner who was very knowledgeable and knew almost immediately after taking my medical history what the causes of my headaches could be. Devon is also amazing- she I believe is the case manager who goes over insurance and your plan of action that the providers prescribe. I appreciated each employees professional demeanor and their eagerness to get me feeling better as quickly as possible. After my treatments I scheduled a massage with Kourtney one of their LMTS I had THE BEST 60 minute massage which was on summer special for ONLY $39! How can you beat that? Oh my goodness! That's the first thing I have to say because this place is just amazing. First off, the staff are all completely helpful and just warm and inviting. They get their job done efficiently and yet still have time to joke with you and ask how you've been since the last visit. The exercises for the therapy are a little weird at first and I'll admit i was skeptical at first but that's all changed now. I arrived at Integrative Physical Medicine in pretty bad shape for a 21 yr-old. I had knots the size of golf balls and was suffering from chronic headaches and neck pain due to a loss of curvature in my neck. After only about 1 month working with them I feel such a difference in the mobility in my neck and I'm proud to say the golf balls are gone :) If you're suffering from neck, back, leg, or any other type of pain DO NOT WAIT OR HESITATE TO CALL!!!!! I've been going to integrative for a few months now and it has been a very beneficial and enjoyable part of my week ever since. The staff are kind, understanding, and fun to see every appointment. The treatments are helpful and I've felt an increase in flexibility, activeness (which I had been lacking due to aches and pains) and have had good progress in managing and alleviating my back and neck pains. There are also medical specialists here that can help with many other medical issues and so it is really an all encompassing heath management facility. I was also treated for chronic headaches, which have since nearly disappeared (except when crying children are involved). I have been going here twice a week for several weeks now and I love it. This place is amazing. I literally look forward to going to the chiropractor on my Tuesdays and Thursdays. Everyone is so nice and happy and they are always open to whatever you say and are constantly asking you about your progress and pain issues as well as even asking you about your day. Not only is everyone great at what they do, they become a lot like family after a while. It is a very great atmosphere. Every time I have ever had an issue they have worked with me on resolving it and given me numerous options on trying to better the situation. Great place. Have recommended it to everyone I know. Hands down bar none the best facility I've treated at. From the doctors to their Medical staff everyone is invested in ones well being. On my first visit it became evident how much importance they put on daily progress and assisting with the changes ones body is going through (explained during the treatment plan build specifically to the individuals needs).The treating chiropractor Dr Lyons is phenomenal. She explains every adjustment step by step and tells you when to breath. The results that the staff is willing to work towards is really encourage to keep up with the treatment. When I walked into the office I knew that I was in the right place! The staff made me feel like I was getting the attention that I need. For example I'm not the best patient. Jennifer ( front desk) would call me and make sure that I was coming in so that I wouldn't fall behind because she knew how much I really need this. Then Dr. Caldwell and Inna createda health plan that would give me max benefit. I was taught all the exercises and was given the reason behind then so I knew what I was doing, why I was doing it, and what it was helping. This place is great. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming as well as very knowledgable. At first I didn't really think I'd like committing to a physical therapy program, but I actually enjoy coming in on my days. I definitely recommend integrative to anyone needing to identify exactly what's causing issues and/or rehab injuries and correct postural/physical wellness. Unfortunately for me, my injuries aren't going to be completely 'rehabable'.... They have helped me so much!!! When I started out I had been having headaches almost everyday for about two year and a half years, also I was having some back pains. Once I got started on the treatment I experienced a lot of improvements. My back no longer hurts to the extent it did when I started almost nonexistent. I love Integrative Physical Medicine! I've been a patient there since 2009. The staff is absolutely amazing...so sweet, so caring and so friendly always. I used to have to go 3x a week for a herniated disc, for about 3 months, but then after that, I have only had to keep going monthly. My back pain has gone away and i feel so much better. The best part of Integrative is their masseuse, Rose Clark, and their massage program for their patients. They not only take care of my aches and pains so well, welcome me with love and respect, they healed my friend with cracked ribs in shorter times than usual. I have been recieving treatment and physical therapy at the Oviedo Location for about two weeks and have had a wonderful experience with my treatments as well as the entire staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and attentive from the second you walk in the door. I have noticed i have less pain in my neck and back with the combination of physical therapy, injections and alignments they have set up for me. I went to the the office for neck pain that had been bothering me for months. I did everything I could to ignore it and finally decided that I should look into why it wasn't going away. The exam was really thorough and they explained what was happening and gave me the options that I had to get it treated. I'm happy to report that my neck pain is finally improving.
