This facility in Shrewsbury NJ is truly a blessing and a gift to the residents of this area and our communities. I am in and out of this place steadily making visits and I find that is operating at a level of perfection from the top to the bottom. Every person there, in every position from front desk, to management, to custodian, to nurses, etc is always friendly, freely smiles, and has genuine concern for the people who are there. I have seen many people experience excellent recoveries there that I know were not doing as well or would not do as well in other facilities. The location is easily accessible, the parking is abundant, the rooms and common areas are well kept, and there is always a nice place to stop off as one is leaving the area after their visit, - from Trader Joes, to the wonderful Public Library, to the Starbucks Coffee just north on Hwy 35, to Lowes & LIDL. I have been coming to CompleteCare for well over a decade, dozens of times, and can honestly say that those I visited and my own observations have been that this is a flawless operation. ALL COMPLETE CARE FACILITIES ARE BAD. Under complete Care lawsuits all complete Care when you Google them you will not find them you have them all over the place so you must make sure you put complete Care Shorrock gardens or Bayshore. Under no circumstances put your loved one in these places no matter what they promise you it is a lie. My mother died under their care they had 10 days to make her better and they neglected her and abused her. Shalom in charge of Shorrock gardens is a complete liar all of these places are for profit. They make $169 million dollars a year off of Medicare and charges are false and the doctors are not who they say they are. Their nurses are not registered they're not even a PCT. Overworked and understaffed just like every other nursing home care facility or rehab. All complete Care places need to go under investigation, I am trying to get all of of these facilities to be investigated along with coral Harbor in Neptune City New Jersey. Whoever is reading this reach out to me I need to get complaints from other people I need to be heard complete Care of any town and any state is a complete sham. Do your homework get on lawsuits complete Care also violations. We need to make complaints against the medical board and the health department and we need the government to step in to make sure that our elderly are safe and not disposable. This is the absolute WORST place to go. if you truly love & care about your loved one, DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was here 2 yrs ago during the transition when Meridian sold to Complete Care & it was a mess but 100x better than it us now. I'm currently a patient here, just admitted 2/15/25. Waited an hour or so to even see anyone after transport brought me. They don't answer the call bell, I haven't received my pain meds since the middle of the night. They can't find my meds & are giving me meds I took 2 yrs ago here but haven't taken since. I'm having to place & remove my bedpan when I should have a commode in here AND walker BEFORE I arrived! I can't even get anyone to get my water! I'm 11 hrs overdue for 1 pain med & 8-10 hrs overdue for my other one. I've contacted my dr & the nurse mgr here & she doesn't care. PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR LOVED ONES LIFE BY BRINGING THEM HERE!!!!!! This place deserves negative stars! read more

My mom was here after hip surgery and it was not a good experience. They are very short staffed and I was concerned for my mother's safety and well being. We got her out of there as soon as we could. There were many times she had to wait for over 30 minutes to have her call bell answered. They also made mistakes with her medication, which was especially disconcerting. read more

My sister was transferred from Jersey Shore Hospital to Complete Care for Rehab services. As soon as you walk into the lobby, there is a huge poster stating that the facility is under new management. My sister choose this place from a friend's reference years ago before the new ownership. The staff was wonderful but the operative word is "We are short staffed today". The good staff was jumping ship and the owners were using agency staff. On Martin Luther King Day there were two CNA's for the entire floor (both sides). This is in violation of the staffing laws. If you have a choice DO NOT go to this place. The owners are trying to get back their money (Return on Investment) and do not care about patient care. So Sad!! read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. STAY AWAY!! Do not send anyone you care about there. It's a pit. They're completely understaffed and the staff that is there is either so overwhelmed or lazy and or incompetent. Many of the staff have huge attitudes. I can't imagine how badly they must treat patients when no one is looking. The poor patients lie their in their beds with their call buttons pushed for an hour. Patients left on toilets and aids just vanish. Ironically there's big yellow signs on bathrooms doors saying not to leave patients unattended. So what does that tell you? Meals are never what was ordered, regardless of dietary needs or allergies. Shame on the nutrion and food service people. Nurses completely lie right to your face and or deny. Patients wait hours for their meds or for someone to come and help them to rest rooms. Showers promised and the patients never bathed. The medical care is completely lacking. The care is so lacking it's incredible. This place is filthy and so run down. Like the other person who left a review, we thankfully pulled our loved one out of there and could not be more relieved. So let me start at the first day. Arrived at Complete Care Facility, Wall Nj, which looked very nice from the outside until you walk in. Purpose of going there was for Physical Therapy for a Hip Replacement I had 5 days earlier. I was brought to a room, on the second floor, that was completely overwhelmed by a patient already assigned to the front half of the room. There was laundry, food and a dirty used washcloth on the bathroom sink. I immediately wanted to go home but husband insisted I stay for the therapy and for them to place me in another room. Upon entering the second room my husband noticed the toilet was disgusting and he had to request the bathroom to be cleaned. Now a nurse, name starts with D---, came in with papers to sign, and she stated to me "IF YOU SHOULD FALL ON MY WATCH AND HIT YOUR HEAD, YOU ARE OUT OF HERE." Couldn't believe what I was hearing... Asked her for my pain medication and something to snack on, she stated she would have a tray brought to my room and couldn't give me my pain meds because they were not cleared yet, but would give me (2) tylenols. Well, (2) hours later, and still in pain and still waiting for my tray and tylenol I saw her running down the hallway because she forgot she had a meeting with family members of a patient. They were waiting (2) hours to speak with her. Spoke to an aid and was told she was too busy doing personal business to remember the meeting or me. Hospital is telling patients that this facility is runned by Hackensack Median, and the entry doors and inside the facility there are signs stating Hackensack Median. This is a LIE... Hackensack Median sold (16) facilities out to Complete Care in April 2023. The place is disgusting as you will see in the attached photos. Rugs need to be vacuumed and shampooed, if not replaced, and the bathroom needed to be repaired or renovated. The threshold of the bathroom was missing, which could cause a walker to tip. See photo. I could go on and on, everyday there was some kind of stress. It's obvious the facility is under staffed and management does not care or have enough knowledge to run this type of business. The Administrator, Evan Gold, decided he was going to place all the patients that were on my floor, first floor, to the second floor because of the lack of staff. One of the last patients to be moved was an elderly woman who tested positive for Covid. (AS I WAS TOLD BY A STAFF MEMBER). We found out that she had Covid the day they were moving her. Then, the same day, he decided he was going to move me to the second floor knowing I was to be discharged the following morning. I refused to be moved because my husband has only (1) lung and I didn't want to jeopardize his health. I was told if I didn't transfer rooms I would have to leave then. Which we decided to do, LEAVE. Well, this was 11AM. I was held hostage until 7:15 PM, that evening, until a Venous Doppler was performed, which was to check for any blood clots in my leg. THIS PROCEDURE WAS ORDERED 3PM THE DAY BEFORE. My husband and I had a heated conversation with ADMINISTRATOR, EVAN GOLD, about the facility filthiness and lack of staff. Asked him why would he place a patient, KNOWING SHE HAD COVID, on the second floor and jeopardize the lives of other patients and staff. He had nothing to say... All he did was shake his head. It is obvious all he is interested in is the MONEY and not the care of his staff and patients. The staff is leaving faster than you can imagine because of the management. If you care about your love ones PLEASE think twice before taking them to this facility. read more

Complete care is NOT the place to send a loved one! for one staff (myself) aren't even put in situations to give proper care to these residents here we are under staffed and told to "do our best" instead of staffing correctl! the DON ASIAH doesn't care if someone was turning blue in the face she refuses to send out residents who are declining that typically leads to these residents passing away when she decides to send them to the hospital at the last minute she doesnt even notify families when these residents start declining typically knowing these agency nurses they have aren't equipped to deal with these situations most of the nurses are brand new LPS who has constant med errors leaving these residents to have multiple strokes and missed medications the food is horrible these residents lose sooo much weight because they refuse to eat! house keeping doesnt even clean! they use the same wet rags to wipe everything including the rest rooms they don't even use bleach or anything cleaning solution! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO STAR JUST DONT! read more

As you may see I was the first to leave a review in the spring of 2023, horrible place, the aid and nurses where some of the most abusive people I have ever met! I was one of the lucky ones to get my mom out of there, and during that process I was actually on the phone with my moms insurance company to have her removed and sent to a safe place. I had to ask the insurance company to hold on for a moment so I could get an aid to help my mom, she replied so nasty and so verbally violent that the insurance person heard it, and guess what, in a recorded line..she sent it to corporate..she quickly aided me in removing mom for the next morning with transportation..present day, mom is in brick hospital for something else right now, a woman walks by and stops in moms room, says she remembers her from complete care..so I ask why she is working at brick, she responded everyone left complete care as corporate treated employees horrible..I asked if that gave them the right to then treat patients horrible because they were unhappy..she said they all work at the hospitals now...keep your eyes out for those horrible former workers..if I could give these workers a negative 10 I would..abusive people..would never recommend them for a job elsewhere.. read more
