I decided to give it a try and I am so happy that I did! My 2007 Nissan Pathfinder had a pretty severe oil leak and Jeffrey then took the time to bring me back to my vehicle on the car lift and pinpointed the severity of leak. He provided me all the details of how he was going to repair it and then he also brought my attention to the start of a pack rat nest! The nest was tucked away and perfectly hidden near the belly of the engine! He not only took the time to clean out all of the oil residue, but he also thoroughly removed the pack nest and all of its organic remnants. The best thing about this shop was that I was greeted like a neighborhood friend and Jeffery and Patricia clearly demonstrated their expertise, shared transparent pricing of their products and services, and overall provided a sense of trust, competence and reliability.
