I called inquiring for an appointment and the lady I spoke with at their office was very short on the phone and rude and said they were taking appointments for new clients, but there was a four week wait, and I needed to fill out some form and provide my credit card to secure the appointment. Their policy sounded a little strange (along with the wait time) as I have been to other dermatologists in the Miami area who didn't have that long of a wait time and I've never needed to provide a credit card to secure the appointment. I told the employee that I needed to think about it and she said ok and just hung up on me. I thought the whole exchange was very rude and degrading. To compare, I called another dermatologist office in Hollywood and was treated with respect, booked an appointment on a Saturday two weeks out, and was treated like royalty when I got into the office. I'm glad I found another dermatologist office that treats customers better.

Easy peasy, which is how I like it I appreciated the very professional and organized way he runs his office. His staff was kind and helpful. The office is well organized and clean. He is on the second floor but it was easy to get to. I had one quick question at the end which he was happy to answer and he calmed my mind about it. Cherrie and Martha took good care of my scheduling and were flexible when I needed certain appointment times or to reschedule. Izzy the laser technician treated me for 6 hair removal sessions and a touch up. She was precise, detailed and efficient, never spending more than 30 minutes in an appointment but never leaving any area unaddressed or untreated. She always asked me to let her know if certain laser settings are too painful. She would increase the frequency with each visit to a tolerable extent which led to lasting hair removal.
