While the staff member working was professional, helpful, and doing her absolute best with significant hustle, she was responsible for answering phones, managing check-ins, assisting with registration issues, and supporting lab-related duties all at once. I also observed multiple patients in the lobby having difficulty with the digital registration process, including an older gentleman who appeared unfamiliar with smartphone use and another patient who needed additional assistance after attempting registration himself. The staff member was very very willing to help, but was frequently pulled in a multitude of different directions. Given these demands, it is not reasonable for one person to cover all front desk, phone, registration support (for multiple people) , and lab coordination duties. At minimum, two staff members should be assigned to the front area to improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and ensure patients receive adequate assistance, especially with registration.
