First, I was trying to make arrangements to have Dr Sutherland be my regular provider. I contacted the office around May. I was told to fill out their initial paperwork and that they'd contact me to schedule an appointment. I turned in the documents immediately as I had wanted a July appointment. Nobody ever called me back so I called them mid-June early -July. They ignored the fact that they didn't get back to me to schedule an appointment and they said they couldn't get me in until late August early September. I made the appointment and made arrangements at my workplace so that I could go. The day before my appointment, they contacted me to tell me I'd have to reschedule. Though they had to cancel, they made no attempt to remedy the situation by working with my schedule. Also, the scheduler showed no compassion or remorse for the issue they had caused. If I rescheduled, I would have had to wait until November! That's almost 7 months from when I initially contacted the office. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment and am seeking an office that's more personable and available.This was very disappointing especially since the reviews of this doctor seemed pretty good.

Recently on MrthyIprednisolone, which helped so much, I will now have at home if my daily pain increases to 8 again, now daily I am 3 or 4. Yay!!!! He's one of the only physicians to be on top of his game on autoimmune diseases, and knows his stuff, and takes time to talk to you, and seeks to know what's going on within his patients!!! I tell you all, if your not getting answers, and you have an autoimmune disease, he can give you answers and help!!!

I have been diagnosed with numerous issue all changing every time I walked in. Their portal is useless no one ever gets back to you the NP have different opinion than Kauser. I have given up with this staff. Do yourself a favor find someone else. Sincerely STILL not Diagnosed with anything but on dangerous Methotrexate drug with no clue as to what I have and not one person from this facility caring or even questioning all of the different diagnosis in my chart.
