On a recent trip to Canada, we found ourselves in need of shipping some purchases we made back home…read moreto the US. We found this UPS store on our google maps and on the day before we were to fly home, showed up promptly when the store opened. We had the good fortune of meeting Louie, who was so helpful in packaging up our goods and sending us the confirmation tracking information via email later that day. To our misfortune a few days after we returned to the US we received a message from UPS that our package was being returned to sender. We immediately contacted the store and spoke with Louie who had also been notified. As he was baffled as to why the shipment was being returned and he immediately began to research the best method for getting our products to us. The next day he called us to offer us the best option for shipment and the day he received our package back at his UPS Store he prepared the shipment again and immediately contacted us with the new tracking information. The next day we had our package. We couldn't have been happier with the level of customer service and dedication Louie provided and would not hesitate to recommend using his store for your shipping needs!
