The work done was great and the price was reasonable and the wait was not too long. To top it all off, when I returned to my car, there was a nice mug and a Keychain pocket knife. They were very competitive with pricing and worked with my schedule to fit in an appointment. They even offered to adjust the calibration for my vehicle's self-driving feature. After receiving my car back, there was a small flaw in the glass, but they quickly fixed it without any issues. They also made sure my car was kept very clean. When I went back to get it removed, these two guys went out and one of them removed it with a fingernail. They then laughed at me because I didnt know that you could do that. How the hell was I supposed to know that the gel solution THAT BONDS TO GLASS wasn't going to stick to the paint and damage my paint. Instead of an apology for their sloppy work and the fact that I had to drive on a weekday back to their place, I was laughed at and treated with disrespect. Unbelieveable. Incompetent and rude!
