Two weeks go by, i have heard nothing, i emailed Elizabeth and she decides to tell me that the team cannot assist my needs but failed to REACH OUT and tell me this earlier and probably wouldn't have at all. Really unprofessional, people are counting on you to put them in contact with the right service. If you couldn't accommodate my needs you should have told me sooner. Elizabeth was rude over email as well. I hope others don't reflect the place as poorly as she did.
