However, I never expected the price. It was over $1100.00. I was charged $650.00 just for the front door schlage lock, which can be purchased at Home Depot for less than $200. No instruction manual or receipt was left, my old keypad lock, which was still good was taken. I had to call numerous times for a receipt. No plate was put on the woodwork to cover the hole from the old lock.

The most recent event in this nightmare was a security incident we had this morning. We had construction equipment stolen right from our driveway, and of course the cameras were not operating and didn't record anything!
