I came to look for a portable oxygen concentrator and was referred to this place by Safeway Medical Supply. Safeway used to have an Oxygo machine for $2,189 but it has been on national back order for a long time so they don't sell it anymore. They told me to come here and they should have one and the price shouldn't be more than $2,189 because it's an old model. THEY HAD THE OXYGO MACHINE FOR $2,499 PLUS TAXES WHICH WOULDVE TOTALED TO $2,706!! I asked them if that was the lowest price and Maria was very rude and arrogant and didn't want to answer any of our questions. Wouldn't recommend!!! I purchased a mobility scooter from Complete Medical Supply in May 2022. I love the scooter, but recently the tiller arm malfunctioned. I returned it to Complete Medical Supply to see if they could fix it. The owner was so accommodating. He said he would look at it and let me know if he could fix it. He contacted me within 24 hours to let me know the arm would need to be replaced. He kept me updated on the status. When he received the arm and fixed the scooter, he let me know promptly, and it was not a costly process. I didn't get excuses or nonsense like I have gotten from other companies. The customer service at Complete Medical Supply is the best I've seen in years. The owner is kind and patient. He stands by the products he sells. I felt like my business was appreciated. Complete Medical Supply will be my go-to from now on. If anyone needs a referral for medical supplies, I will not hesitate to send them there. This place really helped me! I totally recommend! I had a very bad fall which caused a muscle strain so bad I couldn't walk. They delivered the wheel chair for only $25.00 and it was delivered within 3 hours. I rented the wheel chair for a week for $35.00. Then when I called to extend it 2 days they didnt even charge me. Very nice people! Very helpful and in my moment of horrible stress and pain, they came through for me! I will ALWAYS recommend this place! They have everything (and if they don't, they offered to order). I was looking for adult briefs (diapers) and they even had samples to look at. While browsing, I bought several other things. This little shop is the best. Went there looking for a specific product and they had just sold the last one. Rizwan the owner(?) jumped on the phone to one of his competitors, found the product and had it shipped to his shop the next day. When we went in to look at it he unboxed and assembled it so we could see just how it worked, all with no prior commitment to buy it.
