Very professional approach whether was a technical question or different. He came to my location and got to work immediately on all the issues I had with Laptop and printer, installed anti virus program (no charge for it) removed every malware, tuned up computer, did it all in a fair amount of time (1 hour) he was extremely knowledgeable, he explained and showed me all the issues my laptop had. Something I must say is: he never tried to work slow and make time to get onto the second hour charge. He was honest by saying this: The computer still removing a program that will take a few more minutes, I don't need to wait until is done (he was on the first hour charge), which I appreciated. They take cards, easy payment process, received email receipt immediately(easy breezy process they don't keep your card information, unless you authorized the system to keep it) Aaron did an awesome job, everything is working perfectly now, he left his information in case anything happens which I also appreciated.
