I had a cracked screen on my Lenovo... Sergio .. took a text picture and serial number. He confirmed price to repair. He ordered and when he received he contacted me to make time "after work " for me to meet . I meet him and he had offered pick up and deliver service. I requested he drop when finished.. he did same day!! Great service and value! He also worked over the phone with other issues... very reliable professional. I highly recommend... thanks Sergio!

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones issue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly. read more

I thought I was screwed as I had spilled water all over my modern laptop. I had called hp directly and after a consultation they explained that it'll be roughly $300-350, and that's not saying that the motherboard would be damaged because then it would be in the thousands. I'm leaving off to college in less than 2 weeks and thought there is no way I can spend that money. Due to that I looked around yelp and decided to message this company. The response was quick, honest, and concise. He seemed too good to be true, almost a perfect 5 star rating and the cheapest price I could find, I was almost a bit nervous of getting scammed. He picked up my laptop and then within the same day fixed and was upfront about certain issues that would pertain. For the fact that I had spilled water on it, I was just happy that it functioning. Highly recommend. I had a cracked screen on my Dell computer. I wanted to support a small local business. I saw the positive reviews on Yelp and called Sergio. He took my information and got back to me within a few hours. His price was reasonable and he even offered to picked up my computer. Very pleased with his service. Since we had upgraded our computers, we also had Sergio perform a diagnostic on our older one and reinstall Windows 10 before we gave to a friend. I highly recommend Sergio. My dad is in Surfside and he has wifi/computer needs here and there... and unfortunately I am out-of-state and can't be there to help him. I needed to find someone that I could trust - I didn't want to send just anyone into my dad's place. Sergio is now our guy. He is an honest, hard working, and talented family man - who even gave us same day/night service on a Saturday! So I broke my husband's laptop and was in desperate need to find someone to repair it for him before his business trip. Sergio immediately responded to my inquiry and had the part ordered and delivered to him within a couple of days. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions.
