So we walked in on a Sunday at 5:39pm to be exact as the owner was walking out and he stated "Make this quick!" (Keep in mind the store does not close until 6pm and the Open sign was still flashing)...I brushed it off and went inside. My boyfriend was looking for a particular supplement and while speaking with the owner he was very rude and condescending making it seem like we must listen to him because in his words "I've been doing this for 13 years!" And "I'm cheaper than online". I understand we caught him on his way out and he was in a rush but that does not mean you should be rude. Why would anyone want to spend their money at a store where you're not even greeted with a "hello!" Instead you're treated with "make this quick!" I would rather spend my money somewhere else even if it isn't cheaper! read more

Unimpressed with the customer service. After reading other reviews on here I realized it wasn't just my impression of Jordan, who's apparently the owner. He was condescending and not very helpful. Definitely has some ego issues. At the very least, if you work in a business (especially if you're the owner!) you should know how to speak to potential customers. Didn't buy anything (though they had what I was looking for) and will definitely not recommend this store to anyone. read more

Beware!! The owner of this store (Jordan) is a loose cannon. I decided to give this store a try on a recommendation from my boyfriend, who had been a long time customer. When I arrived, the owner was calling another woman a "bitch", right after she walked out of the store. (She did nothing wrong). He recommended a few products to me, I purchased them, signed up for his 9.99 rewards program, and left. The next day, I learned that I had a medical issue going on, and decided I did not want to put anything in my body. I went to return the product(which I didn't even touch), but because it was left on my seat, some of the vitamins melted (I didn't realize). Not only did the owner blame my boyfriend for why I was returning them, but he tossed the pills down and said "I'm not returning these!" (Very rudely)... They WERE melted, but I really didn't know. He made me feel like crap. After I left, I decided to call and cancel my membership, as I didn't like the way I was treated. A girl picked up the phone, told me it was taken care of, and I would no longer be charged. Fast forward to the next month. My account was charged the 9.99 fee again. I gave the shop a call. Jordan again made me feel "dumb", by saying "the email you got is just an invoice, you weren't charged!", I hung up, checked my account, and sure enough I WAS charged. I called right back, and no one answered, so I left a message. I never received a call back, so the next day I contacted him on Facebook(as we have been "friends" on there for quite awhile)... I simply asked him to please refund me, and cancel my membership, as I believed it was already done. He got very nasty, because it happened to be on the 4th of July, was assuming that I knew how to do it, when I was never told, etc. he started to call me a b****, told me I must NEED the money, and made me feel awful. A day later he sent me a text to my private cell number, with a receipt showing he refunded my account. (Look for picture below), he then messaged my boyfriend, whose name NEVER came up, and fired him as a customer... Note: my boyfriend had spent 1000's in his shop. This guy had a lot of problems, do NOT give him your business! Also, he is saying this didnt happen as a response to this review, and that I started a confrontation. False. I would never. It makes me sad to leave a negative review as there are so many businesses who are fabulous with great customer care. I feel compelled to leave this review however because I want to save another person from being treated the way I was treated by this store's owner. There is no indication this man will change his behavior as he was in no way apologetic or gracious to me for being a customer who spent over $140 on supplements in his store. Had a nice experience on the buying end with Kayla. Purchased in excess of $200. of supplements. In two days, came back to return two unopened items. One item I was iffy about initially and just didn't feel comfortable taking that supplement after doing research on it. Met Jordan for the first time. He shook his head and commented that he couldn't believe I was returning the most popular supplement in the store and the #1 doctor approved. He then commented on the second item that he had never had a return on that item. In short, with his condescending tone of voice and comments, he tried to make me feel idiotic. Next, he said he couldn't issue a refund because I had accepted a free item. The free item was an add on to two other supplements (Advertised and Sold in the store as a trio package). I had to walk across the store and hold the trio package in my hand to prove the third item was in fact part of the package, that I paid for, and not a free item that he said he extended to me. Even so, why would that nullify the full return on two unrelated items? He then scrambled a bit and said he'd issue the refund. The receipt clearly states 30-day return policy on unopened merchandise. In closing, I commented that his behavior with me was upsetting and unnecessary. I would have returned to the store for future purchases had I not been degraded and had to fight with the owner, Jordan, to get a refund that I was clearly and rightfully entitled to. I was still a customer who spent $140+ in his store and received this kind of treatment. No apologies were forthcoming. Women, think twice before purchasing here. read more

Horrible experience! I walked in with product recommendations from my trainer, and I was treated with complete disrespect by the owner. He was visibly upset when I arrived. When he finally did help me he informed me that he was in a bad mood that day. After telling him what I needed he berated me for it and tried to make me feel stupid for not buying 2 other products in addition to the protein powder I came to purchase. He also rolled his eyes and said "You don't know what flavors you like!?" when I wasn't sure which flavor to choose. He asked if I liked chocolate and when I agreed he said, "Well too bad. We're out of it." He was getting pretty irate at this point. Then he insisted I buy the larger more expensive container of the next flavor I chose. When I declined he acted like I was a complete idiot for it. At that point felt unsafe in the situation. He was sweating and angry and intimidating. I said, "I'm just going to leave." He continued to make derogatory comments as I left the store. I never said another word and I never looked back. I highly advise you do NOT give this man your business. I would give zero stars if i could! I'm typically not one to write a bad review but I think it's necessary thus I have never experienced this before - (Coming from a business owner myself). On vacation in sarasota, I entered the store in search of my supplements. The "owner" saw me walk in but never acknowledged.. Instead it looked as if he was recording himself on his phone clearly mad about something. Standing in shock - I told him I had a couple questions regarding these other supplements. He completely ignored me and continued to video tape himself ranting on his phone. So much for customer service or business etiquette?!? I put all the items i had back on the shelf and left. Clearly the owner has other priorities then take care of his customers. I wouldn't give him the business if he was the last Complete Nutrition Store around. I want to this place back on September did a purchase of $100 try out the product they recommend and said it was the best. Here we go , the product wasn't the best , try to get my money back and they said they don't refund even though the recipe said I have 30 days to return the product. They offer to give me a credit okay , went back a month ago to redeem and come to find out I cannot redeem for any product only the one they want you to. The manager (owner) was a complete joke. Wow S.S., I had the same experience. I followed the refund rules and the owner was so mean and nasty to me. He was trying so hard not to give me a refund. He was condescending and talked to me like I was an idiot. I bought an item for my son that he really didn't need. I brought the item back unopened within the 30 day limit with a receipt. Jordan, the owner acted so insulted that I wanted to return the product. First he tried to tell me I bought it over 30 days ago which I did not per the receipt I gave him. Then he tried to tell me the only reason I got a discount on the other item I bought was because I bought the returned item. Again, not true. I had a coupon for the other item. Jordan, the owner is a disgusting person. He should take customer service tips from his girlfriend as she was very nice and respectful. She was the one who eventually came over and helped me. After I told Jordan he shouldn't take returns so personal, he told me he doesn't want my business anymore so no problem buddy. Wouldn't give you another dollar if my life depended on it. read more
