Finally at the last visit we asked if there was test we could run because it seemed more severe than an upper respiratory infection. They ran a test and after a two months of wondering what was going on he tested positive for whooping cough. This is only on example of many times we have had similar issues.

I had to wait 5 months for my first appointment, and only…read moregot to see a very hateful assistant named Epsom, who may be smart, I don't know, but is vicious and scary. She yelled questions at me and wouldn't let me answer them, asking about 4 at a time and leaving me so I couldn't figure out what to answer. Someone then called me from the office, couldn't get the name, but expect it was Epsom, since she said she was the one who was treating me. She was scary, and made wild accusations against me. I jog and work out whenever I can and my back isn't in extreme pain, and the other days I at least walk, hike, and do calisthenics, but she said I didn't exercise and didn't eat healthy, but I diet well. I don't even eat meat. I eat mostly vegetables and fruits. She lied about me, making up lies about me, and scared me. I don't know if I can trust this character. And I still haven't spoken to Dr. Lin. I don't know why Epsom hates me without a cause. To be honest, I've seen many doctors in the Louisville and Southern Indiana area, and all of them are intent on weeding out people like me, whom they consider expendable, and I don't know if this doctor is as bad as those, so she gets a three star rating among a practice where everyone else is one or two stars. I'm convinced there are almost no real doctors any more, and almost everyone in the medical business is out to exterminate those of us who aren't in their mob family. They are the sickest and most demonic of human beings, so it's a matter of picking the least dangerous and least scary. This office isn't as scary as some, I think, but I still am not sure.

If any of you have looked for a new doctor, you know how hard it is to find a decent doctor accepting new patients. Fortunately, I finally found Dr. Phelps at Norton's in Clarksville. Dr. Phelps gave me my first physical in 2 years. I found Dr. Phelps to be thorough and pleasant. He listened to all I had to say and didn't dismiss any of my concerns. Another plus, the Norton facility has its own lab and and blood draws are done on site. Blood work results are given within 24 to 48 hours. All of the staff I interacted with, were pleasant and easy to work with. I'm very happy with my first visit and hope to continue using this doctor and facility for a long time.

I spoke to the front desk and they said I would need to speak to the office manager I left a couple messages and finally received a call back a couple weeks later. She was adamant about me putting that we missed the appointment but not too worried about trying to correct the issue. Hopefully this review helps someone save a headache and some money.

After his visit we had a phone call in our hospital room to schedule our first appointment which I was also very impressed with because you are so busy that first week with a new baby. Since our daughters birth 5 months ago we have been back for all of her checkups and I have been beyond satisfied with the staff and other doctors. They truly care about the patients and the parents and are very accommodating. I had many personal phone calls from Dr. Lynch with some issues with my daughter and she was so positive and helpful. Needed an unexpected appointment today but wasn't sure if same day was needed so called the advice line, & they said to come in today and gave us a time. Upon arrival, each parking spot is numbered and has a sign saying to text patient name, DOB, and parking spot #. Masks to be worn, temp check before entry. We arrived a bit early & only had a very short wait for my teen to go in to be seen. I appreciate nearly always being able to get in when needed in a prompt time frame. If you can't trust your family Pediatricians to carefully follow Covid prevention protocols, who can you trust? I'm glad we can trust this practice.

My husband and I have been taking our son to this office since he was born last year. And throughout, we have been so impressed with their compassion, professionalism and knowledge. You can read my previous review for a lot of the nuts and bolts of this. And since I wrote that, we've had to take my son to this office on a few occasions, especially after he started daycare and inevitably got colds and minor sicknesses. Each time, we were able to either get some answers quickly via the phone or get an appointment, usually the same day. They have also been on top of switching what they could to telemedicine during this pandemic and working to keep everyone as safe as possible. It's a relief to know that my son is in such great hands with Dr. Slone and the rest of the providers at this office.

I got a bill for "Baby Spalding" which I thought was a scam. I contacted his office eventually but his front office staff basically said tuff luck and wouldn't even allow me to speak to the doctor about the mishap. I offered to pay half the bill, but my portion would have been much less than that if they filed insurance. Nope, no contact, ever. Then I get a notice from GLA because they sent it to collection. I'm going to pay it but he'll get to have this review since he and his staff refused to take any share of the responsibility.
