She had two patients, per usual, and I sat texting on my phone for over 10 minutes before another employee came over to help me as she watched the scene play out in front of her. Sadly, this is a regular thing when it comes to Ashley, so you'd better hope you're the one she can pay attention to. She can't keep the information between patients separated and asks you often what you just did. She'll politely yawn in your face and constantly complain about being tired. And my personal favorite, when she asks you how you're doing, and you know for a fact she doesn't listen to the words coming out of your mouth by her responses. I take an hour out of my day to try and get better, but my time isn't worth anything. I had to give up all together and walk out, because I get treated like I don't exist or matter enough at work. If I was ever informed that I could have switched therapists I would have done it after my first visit! So, I will tell you upfront. DO NOT accept Ashley as a therapist unless you enjoy being ignored, not listened to, and have no desire to actually improve.

This facility is an abomination. I think a patient would get better care in a shelter. My husband…read morewas "interred" there for approximately three weeks. I discussed with the hospice chaplain and a hospice nurse about my husband being physically abused. Apparently the bruises and cuts were from consistently falling. His bed was a hospice bed and lowered to about a foot off of the floor and there were pads up next to the bed. They must have left his wheelchair up next to the bed and he was falling into it. There was no way he could have been hurt so badly falling on those pads. His falls were always out of bed in his room. And on top of the lack of care, the facility has totally ignored my letters, calls, and emails concerning the $1290 owed me for overpayment. My husband died 4/27/2023 and I'm still waiting for the refund. It pains me to know this facility is still operating. I fear for the safely of it's residents.
