Everything has been great so far. Parking: Adjacent garage that's usually easy to get a spot in, despite being a congested area with hospitals around. The elevators in the garage look the exact same as when I was a kid and that's not necessarily a good thing. Definitely not made for the claustrophobic; I take the stairs even when hauling my little chubster in a car seat. Office: Nice, friendly and efficient. I've yet to wait well beyond my appointment time. Hours: Another plus, they have weekend hours although we haven't had to take them up on the offer yet. Quality: Top-notch. Great doctors across the board and a place you can trust. While we're fortunate to have only had to go here for check-ups and shots, it's been a five star experience so far and it was an easy decision to come here. The only universal law is that you're bound to catch some kinda germ or bug in the lobby here in the winter, so wash your hands!

They said it was the business of the building manager and st Luke's if they have testing in the same building.

The office makes it easy and I barely deal with them. I just pay my bill online and then when you have an appointment you call them and they tell you which room to go to. We met with Mindy, the lactation consultant, and Janice Martin, MD. We left the visit knowing this would be the place! Fast forward and now our little girl is 2 months old and I am still singing praises for Pediatric Care Specialist. Mindy was such a vital support for my family during the tough few weeks of attempting to breast feed. She even gave me her home phone number over the Christmas holiday-- who does that? So thankful for her help! We ended up switching to see one of their nurse practitioners, Megan McGown, because she saw us during our first visit and we fell in love! She is so encouraging, gentle, and patient! She answers all our questions-- and we have a lot as new parents! You can check in on a computer when you walk in, and there are people around in case there are any issues. In our case, a bone in her elbow had separated, but almost miraculously gone back in right at the start of the appointment. So basically, it's like when you take the car into the shop and it stops making the noise and is fixed. Luckily the doctor explained exactly how this takes place, what to look for, and we were happily on our way. Overall a nice experience here and appreciate having them in the area in case things go down.

It is 12 years later, and we could not be happier with our experiences there. Dr. Glotzbach takes the time to get to know her patients very well. We never feel rushed, as I have felt with my own doctor. My daughter literally likes going to the doctor! I cannot say the same about my pediatrician as a child. It's a small difference but it has always made me feel welcome and heard because they listen to and address all my questions, no matter how many I have. I am often alone with 2 little kids and Megan will always jump in to help entertain my toddler. Stacy always takes time to address all of my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed during our appointments and she always has great suggestions if there are things we are struggling with. Stacy and Megan are always excited to see my kids. I don't care how good the providers are there are other places people could pick unless you're just retired and have a half a day to hang out in their lobby!! they have never historically with her other older child been on time. At another point he said that no vaccine would ever hurt my child. As someone who was vaccine injured and deals with the repercussions of that injury every day, this was very jarring to hear. He has not once provided informed consent to us the entire time we have been at this practice since my son was born. It is not ethical to say that vaccines pose no risk and no doctor can honestly promise that nothing is going to happen because that is not in their control. The lying an intense pushback against parents who are simply looking to do what is best for their children makes me reconsider all vaccines. We are a family that accepts 95% of the recommended vaccines and now I will be digging deeper into all of their inserts and making decisions about what is best for my family because that is my job. My job is not to line the pockets of greedy doctors at the possible expense of my children's health and safety.

I was shocked and so appreciative that he would ask, and he even took the time to ask about my other children during her visit. I truly appreciate him and showing us that we matter to him!
