I did my research (the company website is very informative) and I called in to ask more questions. The sales team was a delight to work with. You know how service providers can be, not timely and you wait around for them to show up. Not the case here. They showed up for our early morning appointment right on time. The installers were very friendly and got to work right away. You have to go out for the day as the process is rather noisy but so worth it. After they were finished, everything was clean as if nothing had ever changed. Our home has stone floors and now my feet (not to mention the rest of me) stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We are always the last of our friends to turn on the heater or the air conditioner. We recently added a new air conditioner and we have seen a 42% drop in our energy bills! I make my husband take me out to dinner more often with the money we are saving. Great company, great product.

The sales rep even came out with his special measure device and couldn't find one place that had 3.5". I sent them numerous pictures also. Because the tech only sprayed about an inch the first time they came out they returned a second time and ruined the day for the other contractors I had scheduled even after telling the rep not to come out. I am now delayed on the rest of my project because of their inconsideration and NO customer service. The rep said they would discount the job since I clearly only had 1/2 the product that was promised. For a $12,000 job they took off $1000. Seems fair to deliver 1/2 the product, screw the customer over with other contractors and then discount LESS than 10%. If you want an honest job involving quality GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you are looking for honor and integrity go elsewhere!! You have been warned.

I was still under warranty so I called. The guy on the phone looked up the address and said yes, I was still under warranty. I asked if he could deal with my real estate agent since I was not in Tucson anymore and it didn't seem to be a problem. However, now that I about to close on the house, my agent called them back to get status and the 1by1 guy swore at him and hung up. So, I called them myself and they guy said that they need the warranty papers and receipt since they do not have me in their system now due to a system changeover. That seems shady. When I told him that he said I was in there last time I called a couple weeks ago he said that he was just looking at the stuff my agent sent but my agent didn't even know about them the first time I called. So, I feel I have been lied to and my agent treated like garbage. I guess I will file a ROC report on them since they seem to want to get out of doing any warranty repair work. They did a nice job on the roof, I will give them that. Just don't expect anything down the road if problems arise during warranty.

Two of the estimates were from well known roofing companies. Both of these estimates charged a lot and didn't even address the low pooling problem. Their bid amounted only to some quick patches and a roof coating using cheap materials. The third estimate that I got was from Tucson Roof Coatings. What a difference! They bid a job that would actually fix the problem. I cannot say enough good things about Justin and George. They are a father & son team that do outstanding work. I watched as they worked with great attention to detail taking great pride in doing the job right. The materials that they used were the best that money could buy. Justin explained everything that they were going to do in advance. These two really know what they're doing. I liked these two from the moment they pulled up in front of my house... Really good people. After the job was done, I was provided with dozens of photos (before, during and after the repairs). Very nice touch. Tucson Roof Coatings may or may not give you the lowest bid (they did for me), but I can certainly vouch that they will accurately bid a job done right at a fair price. This concealed issue would not have been visible had the towel bar not fallen. As of 8/28/2025, the cardboard was removed by the owner, Roy who proceeded to explain "it was a quick fix," and the bar was affixed to satisfaction, however the method used to install it to begin with is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of other completed work in my home. While I appreciate this being cared for, I was also asked to remove my review from BBB however, in good conscience, I wanted to document and share my experience in hopes of saving someone else from the same outcome.
