We have screens on only 3 windows along with the sliding glass patio door. I know that the patio door screen was not removed and cleaned. It is an inside screen and needed to be removed in order to clean it properly. The screen door leading to the master bedroom was NOT cleaned. When brought to Cameron's attention he said he didn't clean it because it was locked. He did not offer to clean it if I unlocked it so I didn't pursue it. Maybe my expectations are too high in which case Cameron did a great job of cleaning the windows while being polite and professional. Next time I will ask for a list of exactly what services will be provided for the money being charged.
