When we asked to return the piece and get our refund, the person in Sandy said "Cash-I can't do that here". Extraordinarily disappointed in the lack of customer service. The biggest headache in any project is always the scheduling and communication between the services. I can't express enough how amazing Bedrock was at communicating with me. Keeping me in the loop at every step by texting me updates. I am in a lot of meetings all day but because they would text me to schedule the template, the install and the tile it was a breeze. We didn't miss a beat or delay the project. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend giving them a chance to help you on your next project. Color was completely in another color. Then the side piece to the stove was cut crooked and when the installers were installing the large piece, they scatched my new microwave. I had a migraine that day and was in my living room and heard them whispering, and now I know why. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher. It was very inconvenient. If you're working with bedrock courts, do not trust that the sample piece that you pick out will be what you actually get. Make sure you document everything.

And the work they do is very high quality. Jon and his crew are great at keeping costs within budget and are great at finding solutions to the problem that come up with any project. The first one we worked with them on was a bathroom remodel that we started with a different contractor, but had to change up about a quarter of the way in. Jon rescued the remodel and delivered on our vision within timeline and on budget. They even went back and fixed some issues created by the old contractor without adding to our bid. They also did two amazing custom solutions to accommodate our special requests. And the whole project turned out amazing. The second project was a custom metal fence. The Current Trend crew again did excellent work making the vision we had come through, even though it all had to be fabricated and built from scratch. We had to rely on Donnie for that. We appreciate all the work he put in for us to solve crazy problems we had. Update: A couple more concerns came up related to communication. We will say that we are overall very happy with the finished changes on our home, but it is such a nightmare communicating with this company. Here are a few examples: 1) We asked for an update on our loan 2 weeks ago. We haven't heard back until today (the project is now finished) and the loan details do not match what we talked about. 2) We had scheduled to do the final touches on our bathroom 2 days ago. No one showed up. No one called. We had to reach out to reschedule. I wouldn't consider us unreasonable people. We know things happen. All we would want is for someone to call and say, "Hey, we can't make it today. I'm sorry." Closing Update: We did receive a final wrap-up call from Donnie, and he was very pleasant and reasonable to speak to and work with. We feel like they are going to make an honest effort to use the feedback we have given them to improve. Additionally, we spoke to Heather today in their office to work through some finance questions, and she was awesome to work with. We are very very happy with the quality of work that was done and how everything looks. The reason we deducted a star was because of the communication piece.

The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

Along the way, she provided us with multiple versions of designs and was always willing to tweak them to make it easier for us to make decisions. Besides designing our kitchen Rachel was involved in all aspects of our project by helping us select flooring materials, paint and cabinet colors, hardware, new fireplace design and lighting fixtures. She took us shopping for backsplash tile and countertops. Rachel responded to questions promptly which helped keep the worries down to a minimum.
