When our bids came back, Pedro's bid was 60% less than the cheapest other bid. We saw his reviews on Thumbtack and decided to go with his bid. We are so glad that we did. The other bids wouldn't have allowed us to put hardwood into our family room, but Pedro's was within our budget. We had a specific look we were looking for and he did it. He responded before the job to all inquiries promptly and he did the same even after the job was over. He started and completed the job on schedule. He worked hard and paid attention to details. He communicated extremely well during the work too. We had a previous refinisher that left swirl marks in the hardwood. No swirl marks now. I wasn't sure what finish to have on my floors, so I did research and decided on water based finish. Juan helped me decide what sealer/stain to put on my floors. It took them 5 days to install the new wood on about 250 sq ft, then sanding it all down with my existing floors, approximatly 1400 sq ft., and sealing and putting on 2 coates of finish. I was very fortunate during the current construction conditions (post covid delays etc) that Bradford was able to fit me in to a three day window the week following their bid as they had an opening that could accommodate our project. Bradford's team showed up when promised and worked their shifts reliably and finished three days later (I added a few things to the scope of the project) and they did a wonderful job.
