Marra came out, measured our bedroom, gave us an itemized quote within hours, walked us through the showroom, made recommendations based on our space, and found the perfect hardwood for our budget. I reached out to 4 installers (3 others recommended by tile shop) and Gabriel was the first to reply. Throughout the entire process he was quick to respond to my emails and very helpful. Gabriel's quote was also the most competitive of the 4! Gabriel arrived on the day of installation and immediately realized the wall was not level and flush against counter. He applied a thin-set and was able to get his team out there the next day to complete the actual install. They were quick, professional and did a fantastic job!
