We needed 3 Sweet Gum trees, 1 PinOak tree and some bushes taken down. The team from Complete Tree Service was outstanding. The process to get a quote was easy, communication over email was great. We really made progress with each email. The team was around 6 people and they worked well together. Loved their processes, professionalism and overall attitudes. Weather was over 100 degrees most days but they put in the work to get the job done. Each day everything was cleaned up. Would hire this team in the future and give them my highest recommendation. The tree service performed by Complete Tree Service at our home on 09-30-19 was exceptional!! We happened to be at home when the crew arrived, and I was surprised by the efficient way your employees worked together. It was hot out and I did not see anyone taking a break other than lunch. All four of our 50+ year old trees look amazing. There was already a lot of old tree limbs in the yard; but all brush was cleaned up and now it looks really nice. We could not tell anything was there. The amount of work we witnessed, and the price charged - in my opinion was Great Value! I was nervous having work done because you never know how it will turn out. Needless to say, I am so thankful and impressed by your company. I must've not known what fast meant, and I completely under estimated how Complete Tree could do their job. Gave the bid very promptly at the lowest price, and when we called and ask when they can do it, they said tomorrow! Mind blowing. We went to work, tree was there, came home, voila it was GONE. Very impressive still in 2017. We have lots of trees plan to be removed and will likely continue to do the business with them. read more

Two years ago I found Complete Tree Service doing research on the BBB website. I picked three companies that were all A+ rated and recommended by the bureau. All three companies came out and gave bids. Complete was the most competitively priced, quick and thorough. I needed work on a couple trees and they gave me a detailed description of what the trees would need to sustain a long life. They came on a day I was at work. When I came home I was amazed to find the trees exactly as discussed without any debris or leaves on the ground. This year I did nothing but place a phone call. They did exactly as before, it was easy and my yard and trees look beautiful. read more

Red Bud tree was old and dying. It had split and was temporarily stopped from falling by resting upon our new 6' wood fence. The split was on the trunk but the majority of the tree extended onto our neighbor's property over some nice tall bushes. Our neighbors meticulously take care of their yard and I was concerned about the removal damaging their bushes. The workers had to do the majority of work in the neighbor's yard. They did an excellent job! No damage to the neighbor's bushes and totally cleaned their yard and my yard. Also, because of the concern for neighbor's yard, the high end of the estimate was in the $900s. The actual cost was the bottom of the estimate range at $675.00. Steve and his team did an amazing job removing two large maple trees that were hanging over our house and our neighbor's house. It was all very well orchestrated. They did a great job of communicating with one another to carefully get the limbs down without hitting the roof or the fence. We were very impressed with the tree removal and the stump removal. They even took the time to get a lot of the little roots at the surface, which allowed us to have a nice, flat lawn. You would never know there were two big trees there. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others. read more
