Within just a few minutes he was able to tell me what was wrong with my Boat ( which was good news). Instead of trying to up charge me and pad the bill he gave me a fair and fairly low bill to fix my boat. He didn't string things out either. He said he could be back in 1 or 2 days with the parts needed. His hourly labor rate is a bit below the regional average.
