Efficient, user-friendly, responsive, and customer-focused... are words I would not be using to…read moredescribe this service. WB tries hard, to be sure... but, is painfully slow and unnecessarily complicated at events, delivery takes forever, even mis-delivering prints when they are ready... WB doesn't do digital deliveries, just prints... so, if you want something to upload to your FB page or other digital media, you'd have to buy a large print, have it mailed to you, find a scanner, plug it in, scan the photo, and then upload. A practice very common in 2001. WB also has been less than responsive via emails or phone. Very unintuitive to use, slow and complicated... not a service I would recommend. Cheers!
