I went to see Dr. H several years ago. She seemed very personable and helpful. I have a serious and at times painful genetic disorder. Here's why I never went back: After my second appointment, I took a seat in her waiting room which was empty to look for something in my purse before leaving. It was lunchtime. The doctor sat down near me and, after a couple of minutes, causally told me it was "too bad your parents didn't know about your (genetic) condition before birth so they could have made the appropriate decision." Yes, she actually communicated to me my Mother should have aborted me. I was so shocked I didn't respond. I didn't confront her for her heinous claim I should have been violently killed before birth. If that were to happen today, I'd have a very different response. But the point is I don't trust anyone, let alone a doctor, who has judged me unworthy of my life. This still makes no sense to me some several years later. How could someone say something so terrible to another human being? But it actually happened, and I think the world should know about it. Dr. Linda saved my life. She figured out on the 1st visit what the mystery illness was plaguing my life that 24 doctors over 15 years could not figure out. It is because of Dr. Linda that I am functional and feel well once again today after spending half my life bedridden with the worst pain imaginable only to be misdiagnosed by every "expert" under the sun. Dr. Linda was the first person to correctly diagnose me after 15 years of failed attempts with other doctors. Thank you Dr. Linda from the bottom of my heart for helping me. You are an angel. BEWARE! I had a nightmare experience at this office in October/November 2020 and would not recommend to anyone. I went in seeking holistic care for anxiety and depression that I had been dealing with my whole life and was finally ready to look for an alternative that didn't involve medication. My intake was done by Amy. The results of a quick muscle test showed that I had Lyme Disease (something I later found out was a diagnosis for many patience there). Apparently the Lyme Disease was the cause of my crippling anxiety and depression (also determined by a muscle test). I purchased over $3,000 worth of treatments and supplements that were prescribed to help me on my healing journey. I went in for treatments twice (although 3 were prescribed) and when I asked Amy about how the foot detox works, she couldn't tell me. In November 2020, I went back for my appointment with Dr. Linda. I overheard Dr. Linda telling Amy that she wasn't happy about seeing me because I didn't complete my therapy sessions, but that she would because she had some spare time (The office is so terribly small, there is virtually no privacy there). I attended this appointment with my mother for support. When we were in the appointment with Dr. Linda, she refused to make eye contact with me. I had to verbally tell her that "I am the patient, not my mother." Still, she deferred her eyes from my direction. She insisted that I take my face mask off telling me that there could be no way she was infected because she had an air purification machine hanging from her neck and cleaning the air she was breathing. When we were talking about my anxiety and depression, she minimized my condition by stating "everyone has anxiety and depression from this year." At the end of the appointment, they didn't have a secretary at the front desk to schedule my next follow up appointment, so they said they'd call me back to schedule. This was November 3, 2020. Today is February 28, 2021. I still haven't heard back from them. I have since changed offices and am getting the care I need. During my visit in November, I also overheard Amy and Dr. Linda talking about how they were out of stock on one supplement, but that they could get it on amazon.com for less than $12. This has to be some sort of HIPAA violation that so much could be heard from patients. Overall, this was such a terrible experience and a huge amount of money to be wasted. I chose this office because Dr. Linda had an impressive and substantial list of reputable medical associations she belonged to and was very educated. My experience did not reflect the professionalism and education of the letters represented behind her name. I highly recommend researching other locations to help you on your healing journey. read more
