Now with the Kadlec takeover, if you can believe it, they're EVEN WORSE. Forcing patients to schedule annual exams 1-2 years in advance is ridiculous. Putting someone on hold for 30 minutes with an automated message telling them they are last in a que of 50 people is absurd. Can't help but feel it's pure BS intended to force people to an automated form of communication, the opposite approach of the type of care that was received when the practice was independent.

At my 1st appt to establish care, he looks over my previous chart and promptly says he's eliminating all unnecessary meds, no antidepressants, (it was verified 16 yrs ago I would benefit from a low dosage) no thyroid Rx (I have no thyroid as it was removed 2001) I was not on any opiates or anxiety meds so no issue or attitude there. Nothing. Blood tests. Yes, that's the norm but even after I explained my Rx protocols had changed my life/were necessary he didn't budge. He's just irrelevant as a physician. I researched better & found a primary w/out narcissistic tendencies.

The first 15 mins Dr Ryan proceeded to fall asleep multiple times while my husband was discussing his concerns. Dr Ryan also kept yawning. He would fall asleep while taking notes also. Then he told my husband to Google the nervous system and try to figure out where the issues are starting from. Over all this visit was a waste of time and money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MAN.
