Very rude person. My lashes were ruined by another salon that does extentions, but all Gennifer could do was lecture me on how horrible my own lashes are and say I didn't listen to a thing she said. I did listen and agreed with her, however before I was going to purchase latisse from a medical doctor I wanted to discuss the side effects with a doctor such as change of eye color. Gennifer said there is only a 3% chance of darkening of the eye color. The percentage is much higher, a good 10% chance. Gennifer told me I didn't need to speak to a medical doctor and to go and pick it up from his office. You are not a medical doctor Gennifer, and I hope no one listens to her if they need to purchase Latisse. Latisse is a prescription medication, please speak to a medical doctor. I do believe she does good work....but lacks any type of personality. Never ever going back to her when my lashes become healthy. read more
